Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take great care in packaging your items. Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo and submit it to stoiccandles@gmail.com. If approved, will offer exchange or store credit.

We are not responsible for orders damaged during transit. Please file a claim directly with the mail carrier.
