What is my order status?

For standard orders, our processing time is currently 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel an order.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use USPS and UPS carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Please see Shipping for more information.

What is the shipping method?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days for shipping information to be updated. As a customer, you have the option to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we ship within the Domestic United States only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on orders $75 and above. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer returns?

As a small business, we currently do not offer returns at this time. Thank you for your understanding and supporting our growing business.

My order came damaged. What can I do?

We take great care in packaging your items.

Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo and submit it to stoiccandles@gmail.com. If approved, will offer exchange or store credit.

We are not responsible for orders damaged during transit. Please file a claim directly with the mail carrier.

How should I best care for my new candle?

What should I do after my wick has burned through?

Follow the wick care tips on our Candle Care page to extend the longevity of your candle. Once the wick burns through, you can up-cycle your candle to a beautiful piece of home decor.

How should I properly use my candle in a safe manner?

Position your lit candle in a spot without air currents to prevent uneven burning and avoid excess smoke. Always stay present when your candle is lit and keep it out of reach of pets or young children. Refrain from burning your candle near fabrics and curtains. Do not touch a burning candle since the wax will be melted.
